Recently we got a new telescope and fancy GOTO electronic mount. A SkyWatcher EQ6R.

The mount has a 2pin GX12 power connector on it, and I was looking for a source of the connector to make a second home made cable. You can buy extra cables form the telescope shops, but at $40+ for a connector and some wire, I couldn’t bring myself to do that!.

After a bit of searching, I found an Australian source of the 2 Pin DC GX12 connectors for the SkyWatcher mounts and for $2.20 and a bit of wire I now have a spare power cable.

Find them from the Maker Store in Carrum! They have a bunch of other handy bits too!
